讲座题目：Designing food and wine experiences with culture
内容：：Wine and food tourism is more than tasting. Wine and food tourism experiences enable people to get a sense of place and its culture. The presentation identifies the elements of food and wine cultural heritage and explains how they can be embedded into the design of food and wine tourism experiences. Emphasis is given to the role of food and wine heritage to create transformational experiences that enhance the well-being of consumers and communities. 
主讲人介绍：Marianna Sigala教授，博士生导师，现任澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学国际酒店管理学院院长，同时担任国际旅游与酒店教育领域多项重要学术职务。作为欧洲酒店餐饮及教育学术联盟（EuroCHRIE）前主席，她曾长期服务于国际酒店餐饮和旅游教育理事会（I-CHRIE）及国际信息技术与旅游联合会（IFTTT）执行委员会。目前，她担任Journal of Service Theory & Practice联合主编、Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Management主编，并获选为澳大利亚旅游与旅游教育委员会（CAUTHE）研究员。Sigala教授的研究聚焦于酒店与旅游服务管理、体验经济及信息技术应用三大交叉领域，尤其在葡萄酒旅游数字化创新方面具有国际影响力。其学术成果包括：主编学术专著9部，发表同行评议论文100余篇，并在多个国际学术会议担任主旨演讲嘉宾。2016年，EuroCHRIE授予其Presidents’ Award (主席终身成就奖)，以表彰她对全球旅游教育体系发展的卓越贡献。
